Biographies written in the 3rd person have always been a pet peeve of mine, so I’m indulging in a first person narrative. The formative years of my youth are trivial and (though I hate to admit it) averagely boring. Thereafter I started a degree in journalism, but moved to arts in my second year. I’ve always loved photography and have spent the better part of my adult life trying to capture that ever-elusive sublime moment. I am very proud of the fact that I’m yet to be called normal, and revel in my geekness.
I am a tad OCD, but have found it a great quality in my career (and organizing kitchen cupboards). I have a very meaningful relationship with my Android phone and the app market, and think I’d die of withdrawal without technology. When I’m not planning the next big adventure, I’m probably pinning Harry Potter memes, figuring out what my Electronic Engineer husband is talking about, or replanting what our staffie dug up.
